Yes, four years which means they have been around since 2008 which is very good news for anyone looking for an experienced VPN company. However, you might think on first glance, that you really like the look of the company.
It does seem to be offering a good package in some areas; however in other areas it lacks a few things. 12 VPN offers eight different types of VPN including American, British, Canadian, French, German, Dutch and a few others. They actually do offer seven days money back guarantee which is very good if you are new to VPN and want to test run a company to ensure it is for you. If it is for you, you can just keep running the service and if it isn�t, you could ask to cancel the plan.
However, the cost for one month is very high � eighty dollars, well seventy nine dollars to be exact. This is very expensive and that is only for one single month�s use of VPN which you really might not want to spend but you never know, you might be comfortable paying out almost eighty dollars a month for VPN.
12 VPN does however offer a lot of choices for VPN protocols. You are going to be able to choose IPSec, PPTP, Open VPN L2PT and SSL; the only option that is missing is SSTP which isn�t so bad as you have many other options. However, when it comes to IP types, you can only choose a Shared IP Static which is still good but you would probably like to have a few other options available to you. There will not be any options for a Shared IP, Dedicated IP or a Shared IP Dynamic option.
12 VPN runs with Mac OS X 104, 105 and 106, Windows XP, Vista and 7 operating systems which is very good as you do get a lot of choices on offer. For portable devices, you can run this VPN with Apple devices such as the iPod Touch, iPad and iPhone. You can also run this with your Nokia devices, Windows Mobile, Android, your smart phones, Maemo and the DDWRT Router.
